About Us
About Clashun
Clashun is a new international B2C beauty brand operated by Handan Zhaohuihechuang Network Technology Co., Ltd., a company established in 2026 and based in Handan City, Hebei Province, China.
We currently focus on color cosmetics — including eyeliners, eyebrow pencils, and other everyday makeup essentials — and we are gradually expanding into more beauty categories to serve customers in the United States and other international markets.
Our team is small but hands-on. We manage product sourcing, quality checking, packing, and shipping directly from our own facility, which means fewer middlemen, faster decisions, and more control over what actually reaches our customers.
Our Mission
We started Clashun because we were tired of the way online shopping often works — unclear product quality, slow responses, hidden costs, and a feeling that nobody is actually accountable on the other side.
Our mission is simple: make buying beauty products online feel straightforward and reliable again.
That means:
We only sell what we would use ourselves. Every eyeliner and eyebrow pencil is checked by hand before it leaves our warehouse. If it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't get shipped.
We keep pricing honest. By working directly with manufacturers and running our own warehousing, we remove unnecessary layers of cost — and pass that saving to you instead of padding it into the price.
We treat your information like it matters. Your data is used only to process and deliver your order. Nothing more.
We stay reachable. When you email us, a real person reads it. We would rather grow slowly with loyal customers than quickly with unhappy ones.
Best Price and Quality Products
One of the main reasons we built this store is to offer quality beauty products at prices that make sense. Unlike conventional sellers, we operate our own warehouse and work directly with manufacturers — no agents in the procurement process. That lets us cut unnecessary costs and pass the benefit on to you.
Payment Security and Privacy (PayPal and SSL Certificate)
Your online transaction on Clashun is protected by the highest levels of transaction security. Our store uses SSL encryption technology to protect your card information, securely transmitting it directly to a secure electronic vault for payment processing. We use PayPal as our payment gateway — one of the safest options available. We never share customer data with third parties in any way. Data collected is used only for processing and delivering orders.
